PGVT — Polished Glazed Vitrified Tiles — Sizes, Colours and Coverage
The brightest floor we produce. Polishing is the only difference from GVT, and it makes marble-effect decors read far closer to real polished stone — at the cost of wet grip, which rules it out of bathrooms and outdoors.
- The same printed vitrified body as GVT, polished after firing to a high gloss
- Water absorption Below 0.5%
- Best for: Living rooms, bedrooms, hotel lobbies, showrooms
Available formats
60 x 60 cm
600 x 600 mm · 9 mm · 3 colours
The standard bright floor for residential work across South Asia, the Gulf and West Africa. Reflective enough to lift a room with limited daylight, and the size keeps cutting waste low in ordinary room dimensions.
60 x 60 cm ›60 x 120 cm
600 x 1200 mm · 9 mm · 3 colours
Polished large format — the combination most often specified for an upper-end residential floor. Long veining and a mirror surface together are what make a printed tile read as quarried marble across a whole room.
60 x 120 cm ›80 x 80 cm
800 x 800 mm · 9.5 mm · 3 colours
A large square in high gloss. Favoured for wide formal rooms and lobbies where a rectangular tile would impose a direction on a space that does not have one.
80 x 80 cm ›Packing and coverage at a glance
Container figures are for a 20-foot full container load and are governed by payload once thickness rises, which is why a thicker tile covers far less ground per box.

Frequently asked questions
What is the coverage of one box?
It varies by format — the table above states pieces per box, square metres per box and weight for every size we produce in this body. Use the square metres per box figure to convert your measured area into boxes, then add ten per cent.
Can these be produced in a custom size?
Yes, to OEM order. Custom formats need press tooling, so there is a minimum quantity and a lead time; send us the size you want and we will quote both alongside the unit price.
Are all colours available in all sizes?
The catalogue shows each shade in the formats it is in regular production in. Other combinations can usually be produced to order where the volume supports a dedicated run.
