30 x 120 cm

300 x 1200 mm · 10-12 mm · 4 colours

The standard tread. 300 mm deep suits a going of roughly 290 to 305 mm, which covers most domestic and commercial stairs, and 1200 mm wide covers most flights in one piece. Nosing is formed in production, not ground on site.

20 x 120 cm

200 x 1200 mm · 10 mm · 3 colours

The matching riser. Covers a rise up to 200 mm and is shade-matched to its tread during production — buying the two separately, or topping up later, is the usual cause of a visible colour change partway down a flight.

20 x 120 cm ›

33 x 120 cm

330 x 1200 mm · 12 mm · 2 colours

The deep tread, for stairs with a going of 315 to 335 mm. Public buildings and generous domestic staircases frequently exceed the 300 mm standard, and cutting a narrower tread down to fit destroys the formed nosing.

Packing and coverage at a glance

Container figures are for a 20-foot full container load and are governed by payload once thickness rises, which is why a thicker tile covers far less ground per box.

Frequently asked questions

What is the coverage of one box?

It varies by format — the table above states pieces per box, square metres per box and weight for every size we produce in this body. Use the square metres per box figure to convert your measured area into boxes, then add ten per cent.

Can these be produced in a custom size?

Yes, to OEM order. Custom formats need press tooling, so there is a minimum quantity and a lead time; send us the size you want and we will quote both alongside the unit price.

Are all colours available in all sizes?

The catalogue shows each shade in the formats it is in regular production in. Other combinations can usually be produced to order where the volume supports a dedicated run.
